Rapid Solution is a black vulcanizing cement used with hot splicing materials in conventional vulcanizers. Recommended for hot splicing, repair or fabrication of rubber conveyor belts, or heat-curing pulley lagging. For best results, use with PANG low temperature rubber compounds, cushion gums or PANG cover stock and tie gum.
